Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini Sandwich

Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini Sandwich for #BrunchWeek | Sweet Remedy

Another dreary Wednesday, the phone beeps and a familiar and voice passes through: “Do you want to order lunch?”

“Maybe. Probably. Okay” I reply, never needing much convincing.

This is a typical Wednesday around 11am. Recently, I’ve been ordering the best panini in the entire world. I present to you, the Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini Sandwich. It is not that uncommon of a pairing: chicken, bacon and ranch. Pretty run of the mill at places like Subway. I don’t know what makes this combination so great. Must be the bacon.

I decided to recreate this recipe and share it during Brunch Week. Day 2 might be my favorite day, I don’t know yet. You will have to come back and see what other brunch recipes I have up my sleeve! Be sure to enter the giveaway below (after the jump) to win some prizes from the Brunch Week Sponsors.

I love simple sandwiches that taste more complicated than they are to make! And who doesn’t love bacon? Mmmm… I wish I had read this after lunch; I’m twice as hungry now!

This sandwich looks so good! I also love breakfast casseroles for brunch. I’m surprised there were none listed.

You know, I’m surprised too! I just checked the master list for you (the recipes that will be posted later this week) and I don’t see one. There are some oatmeal and french toast “bakes” and tons of quiches though!

Beautiful pictures! About the lack of breakfast casseroles – maybe everyone thought that they were ubiquitous enough that they didn’t need to post a recipe.

I’ve never thought of a sandwich as “seductive”, but that’s the first word that popped into my mind when I saw the pictures of this panini! Mmm…

I love love love paninis. My favorite is a simple tomato, basil and mozzarella. This one sounds delicious and of course, bacon makes everything better!
