Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup
This is not brain surgery. Or rocket science. The word simple is in the title for a reason. I have no claim to this recipe or idea but I thought it might be useful so here it is: Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup! This will take you less than 5 minutes in prep work and you can just let it sit for the rest of the time. You can use this recipe in so many things! All of the things!
Ways to Use Syrup:
- Baked goods
- Shortbread crust
- Iced Tea & lemonade (Strawberry & Basil Iced Tea and Lavender Infused Lemonade!)
- Candied fruit peels
- Coffee & tea

Replace the rosemary with almost anything your little heart desires. You can add simple syrup to cocktails, baked goods, and other drinks!

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2-3 rosemary sprigs
Mix sugar in water in a small pot and heat on medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Once sugar is dissolved remove from heat and add the rosemary sprigs. Let sit and steep the rosemary for 5-10 minutes. Transfer mixture to a sealable jar and store in the fridge. Mixture should last at least a month.
